Note: Orders that contain more than one item are assigned a processing time depending on the item.

Returns

The stock is constantly changing. It's not entirely managed by us, since we are involved with multiple organizations, such as the factory and the storage. So the actual stock may alter at any time. Please be aware that it's possible for your order to be out of stock after you have placed the order.

Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. We cannot exchange or refund your order when it's been 30 days since the purchase.

You are able to return an item if it is unused and still in the same condition as when you received it. You must have the item in the original packaging.
