Orders with more than one item are assigned processing periods for each item.

Returns

The inventory is always changing and we cannot completely manage it because of the fact that multiple parties are involved, including our warehouse and factory. Stock levels can fluctuate at any moment. It is possible that stock may run out after the order has been made.

The policy is for 30 days. If 30 days have passed without a trace since the purchase, unfortunately we can\’t offer an exchange or refund.

To be eligible for return it must be in its original packaging, unopened and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
